Pat will be rallying this vehicle in the Pacific Northwest region in 2003.

Here are some pictures of the cage buildup. More to follow.

Note the close fit of the main hoop to the car's shell.

Here's a shot of the main hoop landing. Mounting the cage up on the sill makes for a much stronger structure, and keeps inevitable floorpan damage from weakening the structure.

The roof plane is fully X-braced. This helps the overall strength and also can help keep out undesirable elements such as trees and rocks in the event of an off.

All tubes come together at one point, keeping shear loads to a minimum.
